After solving a murder mystery on the train strapped to a giant caterpillar’s back, the group settled in for a smooth ride into the town to confront the evil Queen. However, when the group tried to let their guide know about the change of plans, a nosy and pushy scholar named Mehmet started asking about the eye-catching sword Jasp had in his possession. After Jasp blew him off, Mehmet told the guards about the rare weapon and the guards subjected Jasp to a brutal and humiliating search. Luckily, the sword had been stashed in a bag of holding and wasn’t found. But Jasp was very unhappy with Mehmet. After discussing with the rest of the group, they decided not to outright kill him, but instead throw him from the train. Kin cast a death ward spell on Mehmet to ensure he survived the fall. And when some other passengers witnessed a person fly out the window, Nayte disguised himself as Mehmet (and almost got lucky) to avoid suspicion.
