The group descended deeper into the mountain pursuing the witch that escaped while also looking for a short cut to the city of Tempest. They came upon a locked door with an apparent puzzle engraved on its door. While Jasp and Boris fought a crystal snake and claimed the sought after diamond embedded within its body, Nayte misinterpreted the instructions near a sacrificial altar, a mistake that nearly cost him his life.
